Assoc Dr. Satirenjit Kaur Johl is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Management Department at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP). She holds a PhD in Business from the University of Nottingham, U.K., a Master’s in Management Science from Universiti Utara Malaysia, and is a Chartered Manager (FCMI). Her expertise focuses on strategic management, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and corporate governance, and she actively supervises postgraduate students while engaging in research, training, and consultancy with industry partners. She has published in international journals and received several reputable national and international awards, including the Best Dissertation Award, Best Journal Publication Award from UTP, and gold awards for her innovation projects such as the AI-driven EcoDRIVEx, recognized at the Malaysian Technology EXPO (MTE).
