• • The Company’s segments include Environment, Engineering Services, Energy and Others.
  • The Environment segment provides water supply services, operate water and wastewater treatment plants and provide specialized services in the management and optimization of water utility assets.
  • It also has various water and wastewater concessions in relation to water treatment and wastewater treatment plants outside Malaysia.
  • Its Engineering Services include engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM); engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC); project management consulting (PMC), and operations and maintenance.
  • The Energy segment owns and operates two 190-megawatt (MW) combined cycle gas turbine power plants in Sabah, Malaysia on a build-operate-own (BOO) and build-operate-transfer (BOT) basis respectively and owns one 50 MW solar photovoltaic energy generating plant in Perak, Malaysia on a BOO basis.
